Dr. Michelle Beard is a psychologist in Houston, Texas, who has spent the last decade conducting assessments to identify students with various learning challenges and helping them find academic success.  Over the years, Dr. Beard has observed many of the families she serves struggle to find the necessary resources to assist their children.  Hence, the impetus for Transcendent Student Solutions, LLC.  Dr. Beard often refers to the students she helps as "her kids" and longs for each child to find confidence in their school work.  

The first step of helping kids find success is to accurately identify each student's strengths and weaknesses related to academics.  In order to accomplish this, each student at TSS receives an evaluation by someone with graduate-level training in the field of educational assessment.  Then, report cards, standardized test scores, and data from our in-house assessment are reviewed and an individualized plan is developed for each student.  Once students are assessed and their needs identified, they are matched with one of our learning specialists who will be deployed to your home or office to meet with your child.  Our learning specialists are required to attend an exclusive TSS Summer Institute, which is an annual, week-long training where national experts in the field of education are brought in to teach the most cutting-edge intervention strategies.  This ensures that TSS specialists deliver exceptional support to your children.
